Scott Woodhead

Scott leads the charity Defibrillators Save Lives, which has significantly increased access to life-saving defibrillators across Royton, Shaw, and Crompton. Under his guidance, the charity has saved lives, with one defibrillator being used four times in just 18 months.

His efforts continue to make Oldham a safer place, ensuring vital equipment is available in emergencies.

In addition to his charity work, Scott co-owns Sports Physio UK, where he serves as Director, Practitioner, and Practice Manager. He leads a dedicated team providing expert rehabilitation and care, helping countless individuals recover from injuries and maintain their health.

Scott also prioritises professional development, leading training sessions to enhance his team’s expertise.

Scott’s impact extends to the wider community. During the pandemic, he worked on the front-line ambulances, and still today he works voluntarily with NWAS, exemplifying his dedication to public health.

More recently, he spearheaded a CPR marathon, raising over £1,700 for Defibrillators Save Lives, while raising awareness of life-saving skills.
