Mahdlo CADS is committed to giving every young person in Oldham the opportunity to do something new, something different or something extra. CADs supports young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities accessing by establishing an inclusive culture within team and young people, and adapting activities to support inclusion. As part of the programme we run a number of disability sports, supporting young people to access alongside their peers. We have dedicated team members who can deliver sensory activities and break out spaces for those young people who need it; often utilising our sensory room for check ins and sensory play. The building is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilets (including a hoist) and we have a range of adapted sports and gym equipment. This is a targeted programme that is structured to be inclusive for young people who have a higher level of need and/ or need shorter and more targeted support.
