5 week course for 2hours each session.
Youth Connect 5 gives parents/carers of children aged 11-16yrs the knowledge, skills and understanding to help their children develop strong emotional wellbeing.
During the sessions parents will learn about the teenage brain and find out about about resilience techniques that will strengthen their child’s ability to cope with adversity, threats, or even significant sources of stress – skills that will remain with them into adulthood.
