Iffat Parveen

Iffat Paveen is the founding Managing Director of Personal Home Care Services Ltd. The company is based in Oldham and provides home care services to Kirklees, Manchester and Oldham.

Invited by BBC 5 Wake Up To Money programme, Iffat has been a guest on the radio show three times, to discuss in-depth local and national financial issues. The Women’s Leadership programme, instigated by the leader of Oldham Council Arooj Shah, invited Iffat to attend and contribute to its success.

Her company is part of the Business Education Alliance and she is one of the members of the steering group, providing input on how education and businesses can support young individuals. Iffat is the Joint Chair of the BIBA (BAME In Business Alliance) providing work experience with local schools in Oldham.

Iffat was honoured to be nominated for a Global Women's Leadership Award in Dubai and for the Business Person of the Year Award, for The Oldham Business Awards.

Iffat has also been nominated for Biz Women and Northern Power Women Awards. She is an inspirational businesswoman, who works hard to pursue further success, yet takes the time to inspire others through education programmes, to follow in her footsteps.
