- The Northern Brickworks team will be in the Centre displaying their amazing Lego creations in two units – one in Spindles opposite Next and one in Town Square opposite Select. Don’t miss the Lego stalls, displays and competitions.
- 12noon to 4pm – Free face painting (outside Pandora) and crafts (outside Next)
- 12noon to 4pm – The Retro Arcade and VR games studio (at the unit next to DCM)
- 9am to 5pm: Family Fun Day at The Perfume Shop – Play the Tombola and win prizes. Raising money for Alzheimer Research UK.
Parliament Square Café
- 12noon to 2.30pm – Free family face painting.
Oldham Boxing and Personal Development Centre
- From 10am – Take part in an Open Spar Day at the gym. Open to the public with a donation.
The Fox and Pine
1pm til late – Live music from Kieran McMahon (1 to 3pm) from the Boundary Parkas, performing Folk music form the Oldham Tinkers and Lancashire Hotpots. The venue will also have a special Nostalgic Day Menu available.
Billingtons
3pm til late – Join Billingtons for their free Saturday Soul Club. A day dedicated to all things Northern Soul, with DJs playing original first issue vinyl. Plus, Northern Soul dancing, a vintage flea pop up market and cult movies, all served up with traditional Northern grub. 16+ from 7PM.
The Bank Top Tavern
The Bank Top Tavern will be hosting "The Onset, " a 50s and 60s classic rock and roll band from 3pm. There is free parking in Mecca Bingos car park - just put your reg in on their iPad. Accompanied children are welcome until 6pm
