Positive Parenting — Triple P Discussion Group (Bedtime Routines)

Location: Mayfield Primary School, Mayfield Road, Derker, Oldham, OL1 4LG.
A two-hour workshop for parents and carers of children aged 2 to 9 who want to learn skills to manage common behaviour problems, including issues with listening, fighting, and aggression. The session also teaches parents to handle situations that can cause problems, including going on outings with children, mealtimes, and bedtimes.
This workshop focuses on how you can set up bedtime routines. During the workshop, parents can talk about typical situations they may experience at home, and how they can use the skills they learn to manage them more positively.
