These sessions are relaxed spaces for mums expecting their first children. Come and meet other first-time mothers, speak to the professionals who will help you throughout your pregnancy journey, and discuss important topics together.

These sessions are invite-only via the NHS Midwife service. To learn more, contact your midwife.
